Where is the register taken?
In the Edena app on a phone or on the web. What teachers mark is saved at once, and the office sees it without waiting for the end of the day.
Can the register be taken per subject?
Yes. The school chooses whether attendance is taken once a day per group or in every subject. The breakfast club and extracurricular activities have their own register.
How do families report an absence?
In the app they choose the day or days, the reason and, if they wish, attach a note as a photo or PDF. The teacher sees it at roll call and the school accepts or rejects it with a comment the family receives.
How does Edena detect absenteeism?
You set a percentage of unexcused absences. The monthly report flags every student above it, so tutors and leadership can act in time.
Who can collect a student?
The family and the authorised people on the student's record, with photo and ID. If the family proposes someone in the app, the school reviews them before they can collect.
Can I export attendance?
Yes. The month's report downloads as a PDF in the school's language, and the rows you see with the filters applied as a CSV.
