What is the difference between Edena and TokApp?
TokApp is a communication, payments and shop platform, with attendance and Tok.IA, that integrates with the school's management software. Edena is the complete management software: student records, VERI*FACTU invoicing, SEPA direct debits, admissions CRM, time tracking and communication with families, in one platform.
Can I move from TokApp to Edena mid-year?
Yes. We import students, families and groups, set up invoicing and onboard families to the app. Most schools are up and running in two weeks, without disrupting day-to-day work.
Does Edena also send messages with read receipts?
Yes. Circulars and messages with read receipts, push notifications and automatic translation, without sharing personal phone numbers.
TokApp already takes payments and has a shop. What does Edena add?
Both take family payments and have a shop. Edena adds invoicing: VERI*FACTU invoices, SEPA direct debits and arrears, in the same place as student records and enrolments. That does not appear in TokApp's public information.
Does Edena have AI, like Tok.IA?
Yes. Tok.IA translates, reads messages aloud and answers with a chatbot. Ena, Edena's AI, does that kind of work and also carries out school tasks: it prepares invoices, drafts notices and takes the register. You review and confirm.
