Do I need to know how to code to create workflows?
No. Flows are designed with a visual editor: you drag blocks, set the trigger and the actions, and you're done.

What is a trigger?
It is the event that starts the flow: a new enrolment, a missed payment, an absence or a specific date, for example.
Can I start with templates?

Do the flows run on their own?
Once set up, they run automatically when the trigger is met, without you having to step in.
What are the most common automations in a school?
Reminding families about an unpaid receipt, alerting them to an absence, registering a student once enrolment is confirmed or generating recurring invoices every month.
Can I add conditions to a workflow?
Yes. As well as the trigger, you set conditions so each action only runs when they are met, for example only for a particular year or group.
Can automations send announcements to families?
Yes. They send emails and notifications to families and staff at the right moment, with the message you define, so nobody has to remember to do it.
How are automations different from Ena?
