Class agenda and syllabi Every class, with what is due, what was taught and what is left

The week's agenda comes from the timetable. Teachers take the roll call, note what they did and set homework from their phone or the web, and management sees how each syllabus is going.

Recorded as the class ends

From the phone: how it went, what was done and the homework. What is not recorded shows under Pending, with a reminder in the morning.

Homework reaches home

If the school turns it on, the family gets it in the app with a notification. Internal notes stay at the school.

From the expected class to the month's report

Syllabi and hours, without spreadsheets

Whoever coordinates sees how each subject is going and how many hours each teacher has given, without asking anyone.

Each syllabus against its dates

Item by item: done, in progress or planned. If a subject falls behind, you see it before the term ends.

The month's hours, by teacher

Sessions taught, hours, covers and what is still to record, in a PDF or a CSV.

Questions about class sessions

How sessions are created, what families see and what happens to unrecorded classes.

What is a class session in Edena?
It is each specific class on a given day. Edena creates it from the timetable, and in it you take the roll call, note what was done, set homework and keep who taught it.
Do sessions have to be created by hand?
No. They come from each subject's timetable. You can add an extra session, move one to another day, time or room, or cancel it with its reason.
What do families see of each session?
If the school turns on homework for families, they see it in the app with a notification. The school decides separately whether they also see what was done in class. Internal notes never reach them.
What happens to classes nobody records?
They show under Pending as not recorded and whoever teaches them gets a reminder in the morning. Those that did not take place can be marked as not held all at once.
Can I reuse the syllabus I already have?
Yes. Paste the outline from a document: bullets, numbering and indents mark the levels. You can also copy it from another year or subject.
What happens to a cancelled class?
No roll call is taken and it does not count as pending. If it has to be made up, it stays under To make up until you schedule a session linked to it.
What happens if the teacher is away?
Edena flags the sessions not covered and suggests who can take them, those free or on duty first. You can assign a substitute to one session or to the whole absence.
Which schools is it for?
Sessions come with subjects and the timetable in schools, nurseries and academies. Grades and report cards are separate, in the evaluations module.
