Can families enrol themselves from the app?
Yes. You publish the activity and families enrol from the Edena app in a few taps, with automatic confirmation and payment.
Can I limit the spots for each activity?
You can set the maximum capacity of each activity. When it fills up, Edena closes enrolment and starts an automatic waiting list.
How are extracurriculars charged?
Payments integrate with school billing: you can include them in the monthly fee or bill them separately, with SEPA direct debit.
Can I take attendance for each session?
Yes, instructors take attendance from their phone and families receive the attendance information in real time.
Can I see which activities are most in demand?
Edena generates occupancy and revenue reports per activity so you can plan your offer with objective data.
How do I organise timetables, instructors and rooms?
Each activity has its own timetable, instructors and groups, and it appears on the school calendar. That way you spot room and staff clashes before opening sign-ups.
Can families see the activities on offer in the app?
Yes. In the Edena app they browse activities, compare times and prices, sign up and get confirmation straight away, with no paper forms.
Can I set age ranges and requirements for each activity?
Yes. Each activity has its age range, assigned instructor, weekly slots and billing item, and families send their enrolment request online.
Do extracurricular payments show up in the school's billing?
Yes. Each sign-up is linked to its billing item, so activities are invoiced and reconciled along with the rest of the school's receipts, with no separate spreadsheets.
How do I get the extracurricular module?
It is a module you switch on over the Edena base platform whenever you need it. You pay per student, with no set-up fee or lock-in, and you can switch it off if it stops fitting.
